Company presentation
Quick identity: corporate name, headcount, recent revenue, history, certifications (Qualibat, Qualifelec, ISO 9001/14001/45001). One "key figures" page + one ADN text page. Avoid the corporate brochure block, the client has no time.

CHAPTER 02 · 3-5 PAGES · CRITICAL
Project understanding
The decisive chapter. Reflect the client's stakes as set out in the technical specifications (not generalities about construction). Identify the 3-5 major risks of the project (access, occupant constraints, schedule, weather) and indicate how you address them. If the tender mentions an occupied school, talk about summer phasing. If it's SS3 asbestos, talk about the procedure.

Management & org chart
Name + photo + summary CV of the site manager assigned to the project, the foreman, the key tradespeople. Attach training certificates (CACES, scaffolding, SS3 if asbestos). Tip: specify that the site manager is dedicated to this project at X% of their time, and will attend weekly meetings. That reassures more than a generic "we will mobilise our best teams".

Execution methodology
The most copy-pasted and most poorly graded chapter. For each major work item (earthworks, structural, finishing, equipment), describe concretely: human and material resources, prospective suppliers, specific procedures, controls. Include 1 diagram + 1 reference site photo per work item. If the tender requires a certification (NF, CE+), mention it explicitly.

Schedule & deadline management
Gantt chart, critical milestones, slack. Specify phases (preparation, demolition, structural, finishing, snagging), interlocks, and durations.
